Why can charger information differ from the location?+

EV Navigator relies on third-party charging data. Operators, site owners and data providers may update information at different times. Always verify access, availability, connector compatibility and pricing before relying on a charger.

Does EV Navigator require an account?+

The launch version does not require an account. Favourites are stored locally on your device. Optional cloud accounts may be introduced later for cross-device features.

Why does location permission matter?+

Foreground location allows the app to show your position, calculate approximate distance to chargers and return to your current area. You can decline permission, but location-based functions will be limited.

Is charger availability shown in real time?+

Not currently. The launch version displays location and charger information supplied through its data source. Real-time availability will only be added where dependable provider data can be obtained.

Which countries are supported?+

The initial release is focused on Australia. Worldwide expansion is part of the product roadmap and will be introduced region by region.

How do I report incorrect charger information?+

Send the charger name, address, the incorrect detail and any supporting information to [email protected]. We may direct data-source corrections to the relevant provider.
